About

Filling a gap that shouldn't exist

Holistic maternal care in your home, in your language

My Story

From Kerala to Barcelona

My journey into women's medicine began at the source. I traveled to Kerala, India, to deeply immerse myself in the ancient, unbroken traditions of Ayurvedic care.

Guiding women through the profound physical and emotional transformations of motherhood is more than my profession; it is a deep personal calling. I chose to dedicate my practice to pregnancy and postpartum care because I witnessed far too many mothers enduring the physical depletion and emotional weight of this transition entirely in silence.

As I built my practice, I noticed a heartbreaking gap. Mothers were stepping into motherhood with almost no access to the holistic, deeply restorative care that other cultures have relied on for millennia. Modern medicine was checking their vitals, but no one was tending to their healing, their nervous systems, or their transition into motherhood.

I founded AYURFEM to bridge that exact gap.

Today, what started as my personal mission has grown into a dedicated team of multidisciplinary professionals. Together, we bring personalized, ancient wisdom directly into the homes of mothers across Barcelona and Switzerland, ensuring you feel deeply supported throughout your entire motherhood journey.

Our Vision

To become the reference for holistic Ayurvedic maternal care in Spanish and French in Europe — a space where no woman navigates pregnancy and motherhood alone

Building a knowledge companion for womanhood is our ambition. We use research and science to understand what works and why. At the same time, we translate complex terminology into easy-to-understand content — because creating awareness and education is our goal.
